It is so important that during the tough times that we feel tested, tired or overwhelmed, that we rest and take time out.
Our body has a beautiful way of telling us what we need to do. You need to listen to your body and notice the signs before burn out.
Once you have rested, get back up and continue to give it your all with your replenished energy!
